Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 2: 20th February, Shlok Wouldn't Burn Astha's Sweater

Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 2 20th February written episode: Jyoti calls Anjali and says that she is missing her paternal home. Anjali tells her that she should adjust in her husband’s house. Abhay tortures her for calling her mother. He wants her to cook for his friend and please him, for some business profit. Abhay’s friend is impressed by Jyoti’s behavior and praises her. Jyoti notices a hint of savage anger in Abhay’s eyes. When his friend goes, Abhay unfolds his belt for beating up Jyoti.

Anjali has a bad cough. Astha tries to take care of her, but receives Anjali’s harsh words in return. Shlok bursts in anger seeing that his personal things from his study room are missing. Astha takes the whole responsibility upon herself. She tells Shlok that she has burnt the things as she thought that those were rubbish.

Shlok becomes violent on Astha and goes absolutely crazy. Varad tries to control him and save Astha. He tells Shlok that he should live in the present. Shlok tells him that he would never forget those who have cheated him. He preserved the evidences of his failed love, to preserve the memories of betrayal by a woman. There is no existence of love in his life, says Shlok. And he adds that he did not like Varad’s arrangement on the Valentine Day. Anjali rebukes Astha saying that she should not have protected her from Shlok’s anger.

Coming back to her room Astha finds that Shlok is burning something. He says that it is Astha’s sweater that was woven by her mom. Astha starts crying as it was priceless for her. Shlok says that she should understand the pain of losing something that can never be recovered. He gives Astha her sweater and says that he can never do such things actually. He just wanted to make her understand his pain.

Astha realizes the depth of Shlok’s emotions and humanity!
