Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 2, 20th March written episode: Anjali rebukes Varad for being absent on the day of Holi. She tells him that he should give top priority to his family and should spend quality time with the family members. Abhay and Jyoti come to the Agnihotri house. They are gifted with a lot of valuables. Niranjan gives a bungalow for his would be grandson. Abhay insults Varad saying that he has given a girl child to the Agnihotri family. He claims that he is bringing a ray of hope to the family.

Jyoti drops the letter on the floor and makes a signal to Astha. Astha understands that Jyoti wants to tell her something, but she cannot see the letter. Unfortunately the letter gets stuck to a gift, which Abhay takes inside a packet.

Coming back home Abhay gets the letter and comes to know the truth. He is almost about to kill Jyoti. He calls his mother and tells her to take Jyoti to Kolapur. Jyoti helplessly appeals for mercy, while her mother-in-law drags her towards the storeroom, to lock her inside the room.

Aditi hurriedly goes out of the house. Astha becomes worried for her and informs it to Anjali. When Aditi comes back, she tells Anjali that she just went for a walk and could not tell anyone as she did not see anyone around. Anjali scolds Astha for being worried for no reason.

Astha again tells Shlok that she loves him deeply. Shlok tells her that she can never touch his heart. Astha tells him that she will live the life with this feeling of love, though it is not reciprocated. Shlok tells her to jump from the balcony, if she loves her. Astha does so, but she cleverly jumps on the corridor, not out of the balcony. Astha is amused as Shlok says that she is crazy.
