Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 2 22nd February written episode: Anjali’s health consistently deteriorates, still she becomes stubborn whenever Astha insists her on eating. Astha discovers a plan to make her eat. She calls in the land phone of Agnihotri house from her mobile. Receiving the land phone she pretends to talk with Niranjan. She tells Anjali that Niranjan has broken his fast and he has told Anjali to eat something, because he will be late.

Astha establishes her lie so confidently that Anjali becomes convinced. When she is just about to take a gulp, Niranjan comes back and becomes stunned seeing that Anjali is eating before him. He makes some slant remarks. Anjali tells the truth to Niranjan. She is about to slap Astha, but Niranjan holds her hands. Astha apologises to Niranjan for telling this lie. Niranjan tells her that if a lie is used for some good reason it is better than a truth. He leaves the place. Anjali tells Astha that she should never have trusted her. Sojal and Jaya enjoy the scene.

Opening his wardrobe Shlok sees that all his black shirts are missing. Astha tells him that she has sent them to laundry. She insists him on wearing a red suit. Shlok discovers a new look in himself.

Anjali comes to Niranjan with a frightened face and tears in her eyes. She asks for apology, but Niranjan refuses to eat. He says that a relationship should be maintained with immense care. He adds that he wanted her to change Astha, but now he is seeing that she herself is changing. Sojal and Jaya hear a sound of breaking glass or something like that; they think that Anjali must be very angry and they must be at safe distance.

Astha notices a scar in Anjali’s hand and she wants to nurse it. Anjali avoids talking to Astha, who asks for apology and promises that she will never lie in future. Anjali tells her that she should go to Jyoti’s house with Shlok, to give the Prasad of Maha Shiv Ratri. Jyoti becomes weaker in confinement and appeals for mercy to Abhay, who shows an extreme level of sadism towards her.
