Jhalak
Dikhhla
Jaa
7
is
said
to
end
sooner
than
expected
this
time
around
since
the
dance
reality
show
has
not
been
able
to
fetch
the
expected
TRP
ratings
this
season.
Owing
to
the
number
of
other
shows
that
are
aired
at
the
same
time
slot,
the
channel
Colors
has
decided
to
reduce
the
number
of
episodes
this
season.
The
dance
reality
show,
judged
by
Madhuri
Dixit,
Karan
Johar
and
Remo
Dsouza,
will
run
the
normal
course
of
13-15
episodes.
The
number
of
episode
usually
are
increased
when
any
show
gives
good
ratings
but
the
opposite
is
happening
in
case
of
this
show.
The
show
has
tried
almost
all
tricks
their
books
to
increase
the
ratings
this
season
but
all
the
changes
has
not
affected
the
downfall
of
the
show's
ratings.
The
makers
of
the
show
decided
to
show
the
initial
host
of
the
show
Drashti
Dhami
the
door
when
they
thought
her
hosting
skills
are
not
satisfactory.
They
brought
in
the
Ukranian
dancer
Maksim
Chmerkovskiy
followed
by
two
other
dancers
to
the
show.
With
nothing
working
while
the
budget
of
the
show
going
up,
this
season
of
Jhalak
Dikhhla
Jaa
is
a
definite
disappointment
for
both
the
makers
and
the
viewers.
Even
with
controversies
like
Drashti's
exit,
Manish
Paul's
entering
the
show,
wild
card
entries
and
special
guests,
nothing
seems
to
be
working
for
the
show
this
season.
