Jodha Akbar 28th August written episode: Jodha becomes upset with the brutality of Adham Khan’s death. She thinks the method of punishment was too inhuman however serious the crime might be. Akbar comes to meet Jodha with his blood stained face and body. She abhors the sight and goes away from him. Akbar leaves her room.

Soon Jodha feels that she should have consoled her husband instead of avoiding him in this deepest crisis. She follows him when he goes to the bathing hall. Akbar goes into the pool and washes the blood. A maid informs that Atgah’s cremation will be started soon. Akbar screams in agony.

The Emperor completely breaks down seeing his confidant in his death bed. He cannot stop crying. Hamida consoles him. After the rites are complete, everyone goes to see Maha Manga, who has become insane by the news of Adham’s death.

Maham requests Hamida and Akbar to allow her to see her son. She says that she does not believe the news of Adham’s death. Akbar permits her to see Adham. Maham comes to her son, when Jawida is crying beside his death bed.

Aziz becomes agitated over his father’s death. He vows that he will not mercy Adham or his mother Maha Manga. He madly runs with open sword to find and kill Adham Khan.

Aziz sees Maham and targets her with his weapon. Todarmal stops him and says that Adham has been given death penalty by the Emperor. Aziz thinks there is no need to kill Maham, as she is a living dead after her son’s demise.

Maham sits beside her son’s bed and moans pathetically!
