Jodha Akbar: Salim Meets Anarkali Through Another Love Story

Jodha Akbar December 29th episode: Princess Bela tells Anarkali that she loves Farhan who is just a common soldier. Anarkali fears that this relationship will give her pain only. Bela says that love gives the strength to bear all pains. She tells Anarkali that her father has come to know about the affair and has stopped her from attending the festival of Man Singh’s crowning. She gives a letter to Anarkali to convey her message to Farhan.

Farhan tells Salim that he loves a princess. Salim sees Bela’s father talking to King Bhagawandas. Bela’s father says that he will kill the boy who has dared making affair with his daughter.

Salim comes to Farhan and alerts him. Farhan says that he is ready to sacrifice his life for Bela. Salim thinks that he will be with Farhan and protect him. He gives his crown to Qutub and makes him sit in the festival, so that everyone thinks that the Prince is present there.

Anarkali sees Farhan standing outside the function hall. She meets him and conveys Bela’s message. She tells Farhan that Bela’s father has arranged her marriage with another boy and Bela wants Farhan to take her away. Farhan promises that he will come and rescue Bela.

Salim follows them and thinks that Anarkali is Bela. He sees Bela’s father searching for Farhan and thinks that he should hide Bela. He takes Anarkali to a side and tells her to escape.

Anarkali fails to make Salim understand that she is not Bela, as he stops her from making sound. After the king leaves the area, he introduces himself as Farhan’s friend.
