When Kapil Sharma-Shraddha Kapoor Played Romeo-Juliet On Comedy Nights With Kapil!

Kapil Sharma and Shraddha Kapoor were seen playing Romeo and Juliet on the sets of Comedy Nights With Kapil when Shahid and Shraddha were on the sets promoting Haider. The episode turned out to be quite funny when Kapil played a lazy and loud Romeo!

When Kapil requested Vishal Bharadwaj, the director of Haider, who was also on the show to promote his film, to direct Romeo and Juliet on his show while Shraddha and himself would play the protagonists in the classic romantic tale. Vishal gave a twist to the tale and decided Romeo will wait on the balcony while Juliet would cook Kadhi Chawal for her love.

Of course Kapil played a perfect Romeo, cleaning ear and all. While Shraddha played a loud Hindi speaking Juliet. Shahid on the other hand was seen laughing out loud watching the entire scenario, Vishal too was having a gala time on stage.

Though the episode's beginning was a bit of a let down this week with the elaborate beach setting with Bittu, Manju, Dadi and Raju, enacting roles, as the episode progressed the popular comedy show was back on track entertaining the viewers.

All in all, as Kapil said, "Whether or not Romeo and Juliet movie was made or not, Khadi Chawal was made on the show!"
