Dilsher stops Mohini too. He admits that he has been hiding the truth for fifteen years. He says that Mala was not to be blamed, but he has kept blaming her as his male ego was hurt. The truth is that he was responsible for her decision of leaving the house.
Mala stops Dilsher from saying more. Paro (Sanaya Irani) comes to Rudra and tells him that he has no right to speak to a woman in such language, as he has done with his mother. Paro reminds him that she was also married to another man whom Rudra killed to take her to his house.
Rudra stops Paro and says that her case was different. Paro pays no heed to him and tells him that he has to apologize. Rudra refuses to do so. Paro comes to Mala who has burst into tears.
Mala narrates to Paro, the story of her married life with Dilsher. She recalls that it was a troubled marriage from the very beginning and there was no change even after the birth of Rudra. Dilsher never spoke to her in the language of love, but in the language of insult, always.
She took refuge in poetry to overcome this depression. She started writing poems and attending poetry festivals. She met Thakur Tejawat in a poetry festival, as he was a poet too.
They started sharing poems and Mala found a space for breathing. During this time, Dilsher lost his one leg in an accident. Mala gave complete support to him and started looking after his business. She was running it successfully. Dilsher's male ego could not tolerate her success. He again started torturing her and she decided to leave the house.
Standing behind a pillar, Rudra hears this true story!
