Rithvik Dhanjani and Asha Negi Quit Pavitra Rishta At Last!

Rithvik Dhanjani and Asha Negi have quit the popular and long running show Pavitra Rishta at last. The Ekta Kapoor show on Zee TV has been running for a while now and the ratings have had a steep drop for a while now and the time slot too has been changed recently.

The couple have officially ended their Pavitra Rishta journey. The journey which in fact brought them together in their real life as well. The couple became a household name with the show and they are one of the viewer's favourite on and off screen couples in recent times.

The popular couple will be leaving the show without any hype and as the show and the actors will be splitting consensually. And on the show, a leading website stated that, "As per the ongoing track, it has been shown that Arjun (Rithvik Dhanjani) has been suffering from a brain clot. And Arjun along with Purvi (Asha Negi) will be shown going abroad for his brain surgery."

It is said that there has been no confirmation in whether to bring in a replacement for these two characters on the show. As of now, Arjun and Purvi will not be shown. The duo, who fell in love on the sets of the show, confessed publicly about their affair on the reality show Nach Baliye (Star Plus), which they eventually went on to win.
