Salman-Shahrukh's Memorable Hug On Star Guild Awards 2014 Surges Star Plus' TRP!
The Renault Star Guild Awards 2014 was a memorable one, but it became even more eventful when Shahrukh Khan hugged Salman Khan on the stage. This hugging scenario surely has come as a boon for the Star Plus as the channel received very high TRP ratings this week.
Salman and Shahrukh are known as the biggest warring stars in Bollywood and any news related to them gets the best of the limelight possible. Salman Khan, who was hosting the Renault Star Guild Awards 2014, did not leave any opportunity to patch up with all his co-stars be it Shahrukh, Amitabh or Abhishek.
But what caught the attention of millions was the moment when Shahrukh Khan came up on the stage to receive an award and Salman Khan, who was present there as a host, gave SRK the best hug ever.
When the award function started, Salman was seen praising Shahrukh about the success of his Blockbuster movie Chennai Express. He then later asked SRK to react in different moods as said by the host. Shahrukh, first was told to ignore him, and then was asked about Jai Ho to which SRK stood up and cheered aloud Jai Ho which was unexpected.
This hug and unforgettable moments of Shahrukh and Salman at Star Guild Awards which was broadcast on Star Plus on February 2nd, did get them very high TRP ratings. After this incident, all the other channels expect something fishier to happen on their award show so that their TRP value goes up.
