Yeh Hai Mohabbatein 2nd July written episode: Romi quickly takes Ishita back home as she is shocked seeing Raman and Shagun. Raman feels bad as he is compelled to lie to Ishita. Romi drives the car and takes her back home. She goes to her room, shocked and dumbfounded. Romi narrates the matter to the family members.
Raman comes to Ashok's house and takes Shagun to her bed. Adi erupts on him thinking that he has done something wrong with her. Shagun pacifies Adi and tells him that she has fallen ill in the smoke and Raman has saved her.
Ashok plans a dinner with Shagun. He finds her phone switched off continuously and becomes angry. Param notices his disgust. He thinks of poisoning Shagun's life. He puts the idea in Ashok's mind that Shagun is spending good time with her ex-husband.
Ashok hurriedly comes back home and sees Raman going out. He confronts Shagun. She argues that Raman is helping her in her crisis. She tells Ashok that he has not married her and so, cannot be so possessive. He cannot properly love her, while Raman still cares for her, says Shagun.
When Raman comes back, the Bhallas ask him what he was doing with Shagun. He arrogantly replies that he does not bother to answer anyone. Later he tells Ishita that he is compelled to lie, under some critical circumstances. Whatever he is doing, it is for Aditya; Shagun and he are solving a problem together, says Raman. Ishita says that it is tough to believe him for the time being.
Bala calls all the family members at the Iyer house. Ruhi and Shravan fight over their ‘would be sister'. Through their conversation, the elders understand that Bandita is expecting another child. They celebrate with sweets.
Raman gets a phone call and leaves the house hurriedly. Ishita notices his restlessness.
