Bigg Boss 8 Host Salman Khan Was Against Bigg Boss Halla Bol?

Bigg Boss host and popular Bollywood superstar Salman Khan was reportedly against the extension on Bigg Boss 8 to Bigg Boss Halla Bol. Also, since Colors went ahead anyways, he left the show.

When Salman quit hosting Bigg Boss 8, it was said that it was because he had his dates booked for Bhajrangi Bhaijaan but according to a recent report, it is said that Salman Khan was against the idea of extending the show. He apparently asked the channel to end the show by declaring a winner and then starting an entirely new show.

Colors, who were not ready with a show to replace Bigg Boss 8 had no choice but to go along with extending the show with a new name, Bigg Boss Halla Bol. And when Salman refused to host it, they were compelled to replace him with Farah Khan.

Though many reports say that Salman might surprise the viewers and the contestants by hosting the finale episode, there are many confirmed reports that say that Salman will surely not.

What ever might be the scenario between the channel and Salman Khan, the show surely has got good response soon after Bigg Boss 8 turned into Bigg Boss Halla Bol. Whether it's a good thing or not, the viewers sure seem to like the show, with or without Salman.
