Bigg Boss 9: Suyyash, Rochelle & Prince Safe; Mandana, Kishwer, Rimi, … Nominated

Among the 14 contestants, who entered the show on Day 1, only 9 contestants - Mandana Karimi, Rochelle Rao, Prince Narula, Suyyash Rai, Kishwer Merchant, Rimi Sen, Aman Verma, Digangana Suryavanshi, Rishabh Sinha (wild card entry) - remain on Day 39 in the Bigg Boss 9 house.

Day 36 (Monday), was the nomination day. But Bigg Boss surprised everyone by announcing a special task (luxury budget task), Shararati Bachen, which decided the nominations.

In this task, the weakest performer was nominated for eviction, while the strongest becomes the next captain of the house. This was decided by Rimi Sen, who was the sanchalak (supervisor) of the task.

Though Rimi didn't participate in the task, Bigg Boss called her to the confession room and asked her to nominate the weakest performer. Rimi named herself, but later gave Mandana's name, who directly got evicted.

Mandana's eviction came as surprise for the housemates. But Bigg Boss brought in a twist in the tale by sending Mandana to the secret room. Here, too, Bigg Boss had a trick; he asked Mandana to watch the footage of the housemates and nominate two housemates.

Mandana was surprised to see housemates bitching about her, on the footage. Mandana was irked with her so-called friend in the house, Rochelle Rao. Mandana felt that Rochelle backstabbed her. She was also unhappy with Aman.

Mandana nominated Rochelle and her new friend Prince, but they were declared safe by the Bigg Boss. Also Suyyash was safe this week. Rimi was a happy person again, as she was nominated this week too.

Bigg Boss announced that the remaining contestants - Mandana, Kishwer, Rimi, Aman, Digangana, Rishabh - are nominated for this week's eviction.
