Diya Aur Baati Hum: Jiten Lalwani To Train Sandhya Aka Deepika Singh!

In Diya Aur Baati Hum, after Sooraj's (Anas Rashid) Kabaddi track, Sandhya's (Deepika Singh) official work will take over. For this, Jiten Lalwani has been added to the list of cast.

Apparently, Sandhya and Zakir will be called to Delhi for some important work, that too during Sooraj Kabaddi tournament. Sandhya will be given a mission, where Jiten a RAW chief, will train Sandhya.

Previously, Jiten was seen in Laut Aao Trisha. He had also played the role of Lord Indra in Devon Ke Dev... Mahadev. Reportedly, in this show, he will be seen playing the role of RAW chief.

Jiten will be seen as no nonsense guy and is a disciplinarian. He will train Sandhya to help her gain confidence for the new mission. TOI quoted the actor as saying, "I don't know much about my character apart from the fact that I am entering the show." Jiten has begun shooting from 15th June.

In the new track, Sandhya will be handed a highly confidential information. She will be given a mission that she needs to study and work on. Here, she will be told to forget about her family.

Sooraj will make his mark in the Kabaddi tournament and reach his dream. Sandhya will embark a new journey through her new mission. She will also be taunted by Bhabho as she asks her if Sandhya really wants to go to Delhi, when her husband is playing most important match in his life!

Well, this new journey of Sandhya, reminds us of her past duties. Where she had sacrificed her relations to save nation! Will the history be repeated?
