Diya Aur Baati Hum: Sooraj’s Dream Comes True At Last!

Diya Aur Baati Hum's June 23rd episode: Sooraj decides to play Kabaddi with his broken shoulder; he can play with one hand only as the other hand is tied to the shoulder. The referee permits him to play. When Abhay comes for a raid, Sooraj catches him with one hand and earns points. He also goes for a raid with one hand and cleverly earns points for his team. Abhay is caught by the Rajputana players for a second time!

Sooraj sets an example of monumental willpower in the field of Kabaddi. He again goes for a raid. This time the players of The Agni Club catch him. Sooraj fails to cross the boundary. It is assumed that The Agni Club has won the match. But the referee calls for a video review.

The video review shows that an Agni player’s leg crossed the boundary while he was trying to hold Sooraj. So, according to the rule of the game, The Rajputana Kabaddi Club wins the match. Sooraj gets a cheque amounting to fifty lakhs, being ‘The Man of the Tournament’. When Sooraj receives the trophy, he gives all the credits to his family for their unconditional support.
