Diya Aur Baati Hum: Suraj Takes A Big Risk For His Dream

Diya Aur Baati Hum's May 5th episode: Ved sees that Suraj’s sweet shop is being occupied by some unknown men. They remove the board carrying the name of the shop. Ved calls his grandmother. The family comes and tries to prevent the men from occupying the shop. A person says that Suraj has sold the shop. The family becomes shocked!

Suraj explains to his family that he has sold the shop to fulfill his dream of making a big hotel. He wanted to remove all kinds of financial securities from his life so that he can give full effort in his new mission. A person has to take risks to achieve something big, says Suraj.

Sandhya says that she supports Suraj’s decision, though she was shocked initially. Suraj’s parents feel bad as the shop was a part of their existence and it has run the family expenses for so many years. Still Bhabho says that she is proud of her son as he has dared take such a big risk.

Suraj gives the papers of the shop to his mother. His father is happy for him, still he is worried about his future. Suraj calls them to show something. Aryan tells Bhabho that he is going to participate in a big Kabaddi competition. Bhabho wishes him all the best.

Meenakshi gets the news that Suraj has sold his shop. She thinks that she must do something so that Ankur becomes angry with Vansh. She offers a glass of milk to Vansh when he is not willing to have it. He waves his hand to remove the glass; milk is spilled on Ankur’s laptop. But Ankur does not punish him. Meenakshi is upset.
