Diya Aur Baati Hum: Bhabho Welcomes Lalima As Sooraj’s Wife!

Diya Aur Baati Hum's October 17th episode: Bharat tells Sooraj and Sandhya that he has done a great injustice to their relationship; he has made Sooraj go through the last rites of his wife and a severe mental trauma afterwards! Now, he wants to compensate the bad times; so, he wants the duo to get married through complete traditional process!

Sooraj and Sandhya get married in a grand ceremony, organized by Bharat himself. It seems like their bonding takes a re-birth! Sooraj takes his newly-wed bride to the house with a dazzling smile. But some fresh challenges are waiting for him at home!

Bhabho makes the preparation of the welcome ceremony with the help of Emily and Meenakshi. She gives Meenakshi the responsibility of performing the welcome rituals. Ved is the happiest one to get his mother back after a long gap!

Meena hops in excitement and thinks she will get a big amount of money from Sooraj, as a part of tradition! When Meena is about to welcome Sandhya, she is interrupted by Lokesh and Lalima.

The family members are surprised to see Lalima in bridal get-up. Meena breaks the silence and introduces Sandhya to Lokesh. Lokesh stops her and comes inside. He says that he is to introduce someone to Sandhya!

Lokesh introduces Sandhya to Lalima, his sister, and the eldest daughter-in-law of the family! It is shocking in fact for everyone except Bhabho and Babasa. Sooraj tells Sandhya that this is not true! Tears run down Sandhya’s cheeks.

Meena helplessly stands with the welcome tray and asks Bhabho whom to welcome! Bhabho answers it will be cleared very soon!
