Dream Girl Actor Manav Aka Khalid Siddiqui Molests Wife, Gets Arrested!

Television actor Khalid Siddiqui was arrested on Wednesday (September 30th) by the Khar police. Raahat, his estranged wife, filed molestation charges against him.

Khalid, who is currently seen in Life OK's Dream Girl, got arrested after the case was filed, and was granted bail by Bandra court.

According to the reports, the incident happened on 30th September at around 3 am outside the apartment of his 'girlfriend' in Bandra. It was said that the actor allegedly molested his wife in front of the building's watchmen.

From the past two years, Khalid and his wife have been living separately and shared custody over their two children - a son and a daughter.

Raahat was quoted by Mumbai Mirror as saying, "My son was extremely unwell when he came over on Friday (September 25), due to which he missed school the following Monday too. I dropped him off at our house in Versova on Tuesday, but Khalid wasn't there."

She added, "Later that night I saw his car parked below his girlfriend's house, just a stone's throw away from my own house in Bandra. I tried calling him, and later her, but in vain. They did not answer my calls. This was around 2 am."

Raahat further added, "Furious that my son was unwell at home and Khalid was busy with his girlfriend, I started screaming his name. He immediately answered his phone the next time I called, and said he was coming down, but did so only after an hour."

Later, Khalid's lawyer was quoted by Mirror that it was a dispute between husband and wife and there was no real case made against him. And he added that the actor's wife was creating problems in Khalid's life.
