Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani Shooting Starts In Rajastan With Drashti Dhami

Zee TV's forthcoming show starring Drashti Dhami, Ek Tha Eaja Ek Thi Rani, has commenced shooting. The project is one of the most awaited in recent times and the elegant actress shot the first scene in Rajastan recently.

Previously seen on Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, the petite actress has stayed away from limelight and has finally emerged now with the show. Set in 1940's the show will mark her comeback after her marriage.

Ek Tha Raja EK Thi Rani will star Siddhant Karnick alongside Drashi and Surekha Sikri, Akshay Anand, Pawan Mahendru and Darshan Zariwala will be playing other important roles on the show.

While the first promo had Drashti and Siddhant being showcased, the second promo had Drashti taking all the attention. In the latest promo, Drashti is seen running into a ballroom filled with royal guests and screaming about a kite she found. Shocked and scandalised finding herself in the middle of all the guests, Drashti gives her trademark innocent smile to steal hearts yet again.

Now, the actual shooting for the show has started and the first shot was with Drashti with the beautiful Bikaner palace in Rajastan as the backdrop and soon the rest of the cast will star shooting as well, reported a leading website.
