Itna Kari Na Mujhe Pyaar has Neil (Ronit Roy) in a dilemma having to choose between his love for Ragini (Pallavi Kulkarni) and his commitment to Nivedita. Will he choose to spend the rest of his life with the love of his life, who is finally back in his life? Or will he choose to honour the commitment he has made in a drunk state to Nivedita?
Ragini gets to know that Suhani is not Neil's child with the DNA test and wastes no time to apologise for the biggest mistake she has committed in her life. The mistake that cost her to live away from Neil for 15 years. Neil too had to live away from the woman he loved all his life and miss his children growing up.
Now that they have sorted the issues and there are no misunderstandings between them, including the one Neil made in assuming Ragini married Aman and has moved on in her life with another man. With all the differences sorted between them, there is nothing to separate them except for the commitment Neil has made to Nivedita in a drunk and angry state.
With both Neil and Ragini in the moral dilemma to honour ones commitment, there is a new obstacle between them. Ragini Honours Commitment
While Neil is ready to throw away everything for Ragini, she is not ready to let him dishonour his commitments. She reminds him that it was he who proposed the marriage and that he cannot leave Nivedita.
Neil's Innocence
Ragini finally gets to know that Suhani is not Neil's daughter and that it was all her misunderstanding which kept them apart for the past 15 years.
Nivedita Follows Neil
Nivedita would have followed Neil to give his phone back which he would have dropped on his way to get to Ragini.
Neil Irritated
Neil gets shocked to see Nivedita follow him. He reprimands her for doubting him and that he clearly informs her that he knows his commitments and that he is not a child to be reminded of it.
Nivedita - Pam
Nivedita goes to Pam crying after Neil's rude behaviour towards her. Pam would ask her to not worry about Neil and not to suffocate him which is the worst thing she can do to Neil.
Neil's Doubts
Neil gets his friends to get some clarity for the dilemma he is in. He asks them to help him make a decision regarding this. He will be told to pick his love.
