Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8's wild card entry - Anita Hassanandani, has quit the popular dance reality show after sustaining a brutal injury on her ribs. The popular actress expressed her grief on leaving the show due to this.

"Yes, I had to back out from the show because the injury is close to the ribs. So the doctor advised me to take precautions as dancing more can rupture my lungs. We all know Jhalak needs hardcore dancing so I had to leave 'Jhalak'. I always wanted to do 'Jhalak' so the moment the news was announced I started crying. I am disappointed that I had to leave the show," a leading website quoted Anita expressing her disappointment after having to leave the show.

Anita entered Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8 as the wild card entry recently. The actress managed to shock and impress both viewers and the judges with her performances. Anita's Jhalak journey has ended abruptly due to her injury.
