Jodha Akbar: Jodha Discovers Salim In Brothel!

Jodha Akbar February 9th episode: Jodha remains tensed as Salim is not happy with the announcement of engagement. Others become busy to celebrate Salim’s engagement with Man Bai. Daniyal becomes morose as he loves Man Bai. Man Bai calls him and asks whether Salim would be happy for the relationship.

Daniyal opines that Salim must be happy. Man Bai makes him promise that he will remain her best friend forever. Daniyal thinks that he should stop thinking about Man who is going to be his sister-in-law.

Salim leaves the palace and wanders aimlessly. The scene of Anarkali’s dancing feet haunts him. He takes cheap alcohol in a roadside shop and comes to the brothel. He meets the same girl whom he chose last time.

Zilbahar forbids Anarkali to dance again as she thinks that there is no reason for it after Rashid’s death. She says that the dancers are hated by the society. Anarkali says that dancers are not inferior, rather the thought of the society is mean. She will establish herself as a powerful dancer and will slap on the face of the society.

Anarkali tells Zilbahar that the pain of her father’s death tortures her day and night. She will dance in Salim’s engagement ceremony and please the emperor to such an extent, that he will grant any wish of her.

Anarkali comes to the brothel for practice. The sound of her dance bells irritates Salim. He tells the girl to stop the sound. Anarkali is told to stop her practice. Salim insists on staying alone.

Jodha becomes worried and starts searching for Salim. Qutub tells her that these days Salim has started visiting the brothel. Jodha comes to the brothel wearing burqua and finds out Salim!
