Jodha Akbar: Anarkali Sees Salim, But Fails To Meet

Jodha Akbar January 22nd episode: King Bhagwandas tells Man Bai that he has got a message from Akbar and they are visiting Agra very soon. Man becomes excited. Salim tells Haider that he is upset. Haider says that he will cure his mood. He takes Salim to a brothel.

When Salim and Haider are passing by, Anarkali sees them and runs after Salim’s horse. She comes to the brothel and keeps searching for Salim. Haider takes Salim to a dance hall and serves wine to him.

When Salim watches the dance, he remembers Nadira’s dance rehearsal which he used to watch in his childhood. He becomes angry and finishes the whole glass of wine. He leaves the place quickly. Anarkali fails to catch him. She is relaxed to see that Salim is fine and understands that Salim has intentionally broken his promise! She cannot understand the reason.

Anarkali tells Zilbahar how she has been expelled from the palace. Zilbahar decides to sell her earrings to solve the crisis of money. She gives the pair of earrings to Anarkali.

Murad and Daniyal tell Akbar that they have heard about the war where the Queens participated and defeated the enemies. They insist on seeing sword fighting between their mothers. Akbar encourages the queens to have a sword fight.

Jodha and Rukaiya qualify to the final round. Rukaiya hurts Jodha’s hand by mistake. Jodha fights with one hand. Still she wins the game. Now Akbar comes to the field to fight against Jodha. While Jodha and Akbar are enjoying the fight, Salim sees Jodha’s wound. He stops them abruptly!
