Jodha Akbar: Laboni’s Spirit Rules Jodha’s Body

Jodha Akbar's June 16th episode: Jodha faints in the middle of the marriage rituals. The doctor tells Akbar it might be due to a mere weakness as she kept a fast from the morning. Jodha wakes up in her room and sees Laboni in front of her. Laboni says that she is a spirit now. Her body was burnt to death in the jungle by the tricks of Yogi Udaynath, but her soul still exists.

When She met Jodha near the temple, she captured her body, says Laboni. Now she will use Jodha’s body to become close with Akbar. Along with Jodha, she has also got married to Akbar; so, she will be his wife at night. She captures Jodha’s body.

Akbar comes to spend the night with Jodha. Jodha’s behavior is changed as she is ruled by Laboni’s soul; she talks in a seductive manner. Akbar says that she has to be in complete rest, as the doctor has advised, but she refuses to rest and insists on enjoying his company.

Akbar is surprised by this change, however, he enjoys it! He gives his anniversary gift to his beloved wife and recollects some sweet moments. Laboni cannot understand what he says, neither she can gift anything to him.

In the morning, Jodha feels uneasy. Laboni appears before her and says that she enjoyed the Emperor’s company in the last night! Jodha says she will punish her. Laboni threatens to kill Akbar; she adds that she is a soul now and no human being can stop her from doing what she wishes. Jodha tries to share it with Akbar, but Laboni stops her.

Salim meets Anarkali and talks about his marriage with her. Anarkali thinks it is too big a dream for her. Salim assures that he will fulfill this dream!
