Jodha Akbar: Laboni’s Spirit Spoils Rukaiya’s Birthday

Jodha Akbar's June 18th episode: Akbar promises that he will spend the night with Rukaiya and please her with everything she likes, as it is her birthday. Rukaiya becomes happy and tells Jodha that no one can stop her from having the company of her husband. Laboni’s spirit laughs and says that the night has not passed yet!

Laboni orders hookah for herself. Everyone is surprised to see Jodha smoking, as she has never done it before. They do not have any idea about the fact that Jodha is now governed by Laboni’s spirit. Akbar comes to Rukaiya’s room to spend the night. After a few minutes, Jodha comes in the room.

Jodha tells Akbar that she is feeling sick due to smoking for the first time. She says that she needs his company. Akbar promises that he will not leave her alone. He tells Rukaiya that he will celebrate her birthday later. Rukaiya is irked; she complains to Salima Begum. Salima thinks the matter is quite fishy as Jodha can never do it!

Rukaiya stands outside her room. Jodha comes out and taunts her. Rukaiya feels irritated and slaps Jodha. Jodha slaps her hard; she warns Rukaiya not to argue with her. Hoshier Khan dumbly watches everything. Jodha tells her to join the duty in her room from the next day. Hoshier helplessly nods. Rukaiya comes to Salima and says that she will teach Jodha a lesson!

Daniyal sees Salim spending time with Anarkali. He rebukes Salim. Salim says he does not care for anyone. Rahim calls Shahbuddin and tells him that a Mughal soldier tried to kill Salim. He wants to find out the traitor who is living inside the palace, says Rahim.
