Jodha Akbar: Mirza Hakim Plans War Against Akbar

Jodha Akbar March 5th episode: Akbar asks his officers about the security of Jodha who is now working amid the public. The officers assure him of a tightened security for the queen. Salim scolds Akbar for allowing Jodha to go amid the diseased folk. Akbar tells him that there is something greater than the personal emotions, as the lives of the King and the Queen are dedicated for the country.

Jodha cures sick people with her medical knowledge. She sees people talking foul about Akbar, but keeps control on herself. Salim thinks that he should also dedicate his time completely for the service of the country. He instructs his companions to do the same.

Salim comes to the brothel in ordinary dress and sees that the women have received no help from the King’s fund. He becomes angry as he instructed Haider to distribute the funds wisely. He decides to investigate the matter.

Salim instructs his men to repair the damaged houses of the brothel. He himself gets involved in the work. Anarkali serves food to the men and thanks them most heartily. She also thanks Salim when he is working with a covered face.

Rukaiya suggests Jalal that they should meet Jodha in common people’s guise. She thinks that she will win Akbar’s heart in this way. During their journey, Akbar feels thirsty; but water is polluted everywhere. He sees a bowl of clean water; he quenches his thirst and thanks the person who has kept the bowl there. It is kept by none other than the angel who came before Akbar during the storm!

Mirza Hakim is informed about the pathetic condition of the Mughal kingdom; he tells Man Singh to get ready for a war against Akbar.
