Jodha Akbar: Laboni Comes To Agra As ‘Jodha’s Sister’

Jodha Akbar's May 13th episode: Laboni’s puja becomes unsuccessful due to the effect of the puja that has been organized by Jodha. Laboni becomes adamant. She says that she will not let Jalal go. Her mother says it would be a tough fight and they have to visit Agra. Laboni says she must visit Agra. Jodha’s sister Leelavati starts from Ajmer to come to Agra and meet Akbar and Jodha.

On her way to Agra, Laboni meets the troop of guards and servants who are taking Leela towards Agra. Laboni comes to know that Jodha does not know how Leelavati looks presently, as she saw her as a child. She comes to the Princess and tells a painful story about her life. The innocent princess trusts the witch and promises that she will ask Akbar to help her.

Laboni cleverly takes the princess into a nearby jungle, with an excuse of finding lotuses. She kills Leela inside the jungle and dresses in her garments and jewelry. Leela’s maids ask Laboni who she is and why she has put on Leela’s dresses and ornaments. Laboni hypnotizes them with black magic and shuts their mouths. She sends them back to Ajmer.

Laboni comes to the Mughal palace as Princess Leelavati. She introduces her mother as her special maid. Akbar greets her and says that he has seen her somewhere before. The witch eyes the Emperor lustfully.
