Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan: Parth-Nandhini Led Youth Series To Go Off Air

      By Ipsita

Rumours of MTV's popular show, Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan, going off air have been doing rounds, since quite some time now. However, the makers of the show have just come up with the official announcement on the same.

The BBC Worldwide youth series is going to bid adieu to its viewers by the end of the year and the last episode will air on 31st December. The show revolved around a music academy and was the pioneer of youth drama in India where the 'saas-bahu' soaps have taken over the silver screen completely.

The music band, FaB5, in the show comprised of Manik (Parth Samthaan), Cabir (Ayaz Ahmed), Mukti (Charlie Chauhan), Alia (Krisann Barretto) and Dhruv (Utkarsh Gupta). These young stars went on to become icons amongst the youth of the nation right from the time the series launched.

What's more, the series beautifully portrayed the love story of MaNAn, Manik and Nandhini (Niti Taylor). The couple won hearts all over and the viewers were awed seeing the budding chemistry between the lovebirds.

However, all great things have their flip side too. Though the show was blessed with huge popularity, controversies were never less! There was too much drama involved, with Parth quitting the show to making a comeback, the equations of the on-screen characters going sour off-screen, the show had its own squabble.

Despite all the buzz, the series rocked with a great TRP and widely appreciated popularity! Just like all good times come to an end, the show has reached its day!

The female protagonist, Niti Taylor took to twitter and expressed her emotions as she was quoted saying, "Some of you took me in. Some of you didn't. But all of you helped me become the nandani murthy I'm today. You gave me confidence to put my acting skills to good use. Your doubt gave me determination to prove you wrong."

She went on to say, "Whether you view me as a hero or a villain, please know I poured every emotion, every bit of passion and my entire self into being nandani murthy .What you've done for me is far greater than anything I've done for you,I knew that each minute .I honor it as I play the last scene today and for the rest of this season. My love for this team and for each of you will never fade. Thank you for this incredible journey."

The young audience is surely going to miss their favourite show, Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan. We hope the makers come up with a third season. That would be really loved, won't it be?
