Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi: Ishaani Slaps Nimisha; Duplicate Ranveer (Milan) All Set To Destroy Ranveer

In Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi, Ranveer (Shakti Arora) is irritated with his headache problem and is in trouble as he experiences difficulty in his business too. Ishaani (Radhika Madan) will in turn be worried about RV's health and take him for the check up.

While doctor declare him normal and on Ishaani's insistence asks RV to get the tests done, the darker side of the story will be shown. Duplicate Ranveer aka Milan will be having a bipolar disorder and he will be seen taking treatment in the same hospital.

Nimisha, the wedding planner of Ishveer, will bribe the hospital people and get the CD of Milan in which his secrets will be recorded. Nimisha also tries to watch the video at home but the power goes off and later will be threatened by Milan not to interfere in his life.

Rawal gets to know that Milan didn't want to kill RV but wants him to scare him. Milan also asks Rawal why he didn't reveal about Anjar story, for which Rawal says that ‘it is old story now and RV has go happiness after long time and let him live'. Milan says that he either wants to become hero or Ranveer!

Ranveer is concerned about Ishaani and tells her that he has always created tension for her and now too she is tensed because of his headache. Before he didn't have anything but money but now that he has love, he doesn't have money. He is scared that the money would separate them.

Ishaani takes RV's promise that he will never leave her. She even says that nothing can come between their love.

Nimisha calls and tells that she can't come as she is not feeling well.

Though Ishaani gets worried, she manages to tell Nimisha that she will do the arrangements.

Milan

Nimisha thinks Ishaani is a good person and she decides to reveal RV's truth to her.

Ishaani Slaps Nimisha

Nimisha gets slapped from Ishaani when she says RV is not good person and he is a psycho.

Milan-RV

RV reaches the hotel room, where the duplicate is present. Milan drugs RV and dresses like him.

Nimisha

The hotel staff tells that RV was in the hotel and all three Nimisha, Ishaani and Sharman reach hotel.

Nimisha-Ishaani In Hospital

Nimisha takes Ishaani to hospital to show proof that RV is getting treatment; unfortunately the doctor changes his statement.
