In Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi, the new twist in the tale that will shock the audiences is Ritika's miscarriage, but whose baby is Ritika aka Smriti Khanna holding?

The caption that Ritika has put on her Instagram will confuse us for sure. Smriti posted on her Instagram the below picture and wrote, "Look who's here 👼."

Well, to add on to the confusion, she recently posted another picture of her which looks like she was shooting the hospital scene. Smriti posted the below image and wrote on Instagram, "Sanso ko jeene ka ishara mil gaya ...Zindagi ka pata dobara mil gaya 🎶"

Coming back to the show, the makers are not leaving any stones unturned with lots of twists on the show that will hook the audiences to the TV. Right now, on the show, Ishaani (Radhika Madan) and Ritika have challenged to unveil each other's secrets.

While Ritika gets Amba and Lakshmi's help to get closer to RV, Ishaani is taking her family and friend Shikar's (Arjun Bijlani) help to separate Ritika from Ranveer (Shakti Arora).

In previous episode, Ritika tricks Ishaani's family and send them out of the house making some excuse. With this Ishaani will be all alone to face Ritika. Moreover, Ritika doesn't even allow Ishaani to keep the Teej Vrath as the former eats off the only food prepared by Amba.

In the upcoming epsiodes, Ritika will try to kill Ishaani by setting her sari on fire. But RV saves Ishaani by rescuing her in the right moment.
