Nach Baliye 7's popular couple Upen Patel and Karishma Tanna are reported to have a surprise Sangeeth ceremony from the rest of the contestants soon. The couple got engaged on the show recently.

Recently on the show, Upen popped the question on stage after a performance and a surprised Karishma accepted the proposal by saying yes. The couple exchanged rings and cut a cake in the presence of Karishma's mother and video message from their family members.

Following this, the contestants of the show are planning a surprise Sangeeth ceremony for the newly engaged couple. The contestants are getting ready to perform on a number of songs for the couple.
