Rahul Mahajan Divorces Dimpy Ganguly; Declares They Are ‘Just Friends’!

Rahul Mahajan and Dimpy Ganguly were seen together in Bigg Boss 8 and they made a lot of headlines. The way they stayed in Bigg Boss house, made many doubt about their reunion. As Dimpy was very supportive to Rahul and even spotted cried support her ex-husband.

It was reported that the final hearing of their divorce will be on 26 February. Recently, Rahul took to Twitter and declared that he and Dimpy are "just" friends! Rahul Mahajan tweeted, "From today onwards we are "just" friends." It has to be noted that recently Dimpy had also changed her Twitter byname from 'Mahajan' to 'Ganguly'.

Vindu Dara Singh, one of the contestant in Bigg Boss, who is also a good friend to both, took to Twitter. He wrote, "Congrats to you both for this new journey and proud of the way you will keep the friendship and no hatred."

Rahul was even told IANS, that he had gone to the Bigg Boss house to resolve issues with Dimpy. Rahul and Dimpy had always maintained cordial relationship even after separation. After Rahul was evicted from Bigg Boss, he was quoted by IANS, "We were never enemies. Our friendship has became stronger but that doesn't mean we went in to solve our personal problems. We are nothing less than friends and nothing more than friends."

Rahul married Dimpy in a reality show Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayega in 2010. Immediately after few months of their marriage, Dimpy accused Rahul of physically abusing her. She even moved in with her parents. Later, after Rahul's apology, Dimpy moved back with him. Dimpy and Rahul were seen together in reality show Nach Baliye 5.

Rahul was first married to Shweta Singh in 2006. She had filed for divorce on 2007 after accusing him of Domestic violence and got separated in 2008.
