Sasural Simar Ka's Dipika Kakar Injured Her Lip!

Sasural Simar Ka's Dipika Kakar is reported to have injured her lip recently. The lead actress of the show turned up to the shoot with an injured lip but it worked in favour of the show as her character, Simar, was supposed to get herself injured in an accident in any case.

"Dipika needed to look injured in an accident scene to be shot in Sasural Simar Ka, Incidentally the actress came up in the sets the same morning with an injury and hence required no makeup," said a TOI report quoting a source close to the show.

"Yes i actually hurt my lower lip in the morning in fact i am facing difficulty delivering my dialogues as well. However, what has worked in my favour is that the script too demanded me to be injured and hence i dont require any makeup for the scene," the leading website quoted Dipika saying.

Sasural Simar Ka's current track has Simar and Roli fighting against super natural powers of Mohini, played by Pratyusha Bannerjee. Mohini is trying to kill Prem as he interfered in one of her previous sacrifices. In revenge, she is trying to sacrifice Prem and Roli and Simar are doing their best to prevent it.
