Shahid Kapoor To Replace Manish Paul As Host On Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8!

Buzz is that Shahihd Kapoor, the Bollywood star judging Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8 alongside Karan Johar, Lauren Gottlieb and Ganesh Hegde, will be hosting the show as well, replacing the current host Manish Paul.

"Shahid is taking his small screen job seriously. He likes to go through all scripts and oversee arrangements personally. While shooting earlier this week, he was asked by the creative team to host the show all of a sudden. He was simply handed the script and told that it was for a surprise gig. However, he was sporting enough to go ahead with their plan," a leading website quoted a source close to the show.

However, Shahid will not be hosting throughout the season of Jhalak.. and will be doing so just for an episode. It is said that the episode will have Manish Paul getting kidnapped and so Shahid will take over his place. The fun stint is expected to get a good response from the viewers.

Shahid has replaced Madhuri Dixit as the judge of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 8 and going by the response the newly-wed actor is receiving, it is clear that he has won hearts with his charm and wit. Hosting the show will not be a big deal for the actor who is known for his spontaneity and witty one-liners.
