Who Is Playing Kabaddi Coach In Diya Aur Baati Hum?

Diya Aur Baati Hum is currently in news regarding the actor who will essay the role of a kabaddi coach for the male protagonist on the show - Sooraj played by Anas Rashid. There are many names making rounds, including Puneet Issar, Shahbaz Khan and Rituraj Singh.

The first name that made news was the Bigg Boss 8 contestant, Puneet but the later reports said that Shahbaz was finalised for the role. Reportedly there were last minutes changes made by the creative directors which resulted in Shahbaz getting replaced by Rituraj Singh.

"Khan had started shooting for the show, but the creative department felt that he didn't quite fit the bill and at the last moment, decided to opt for a replacement. Rituraj, who was one of the contenders for the role, was finalized and started shooting on Tuesday morning," TOI quoted a source close to the show.

Rituraj has started shooting for Diya Aur Baati Hum and confirmed the news as well. The actor claims he is unaware if he is replacing someone on the show.

Latest promos of the show has Sandhya (Deepika Singh) helping Sooraj get ready for the kabaddi tournament that might change his life forever. In the show, Sooraj is taking part at the tournament to win the price money for his dream hotel.
