Will Salim Accept The Gift Given By Jodha, Akbar During Their Wedding Anniversary?

In Jodha Akbar, Anarkali (Aanarkali) manages to make their parents agree to go to Agra to search Salim (Kutub). Her father is ready to go for her love in spite of them being insulted in Agra. Anarkali is happy and they are all set to go to Agra.

Salim goes to his dadi and asks her to tell Akbar that he wants to leave Agra, as he may listen to her and send him. Dadi agrees on one request that is to stay till his parent's - Jodha-Akbar's wedding anniversary.

Jodha (Paridhi Sharma) and Akbar (Rajat Tokas) discuss about their wedding anniversary and they share a romantic moment. Jodha asks him to remain same and not to be angry as she is afraid of it. Akbar says if she finds peace in it, he will be the same for ever.

Salim meets his dadi (Fatima bi) in the market. When she asks if he still remember her, he says he had never forgotten her, the food that she gave her and asks about her son Qadir. He says she is like his dadi and Qadir is like his brother. He even goes to their home. He helps for Qadir's job by writing letter to his father Akbar.

Minister reads letter and Akbar immediately approves the request made by Salim as he is doing good work. But Birbal disagrees as Salim hasn't accepted his position and with what designation has he sent this request. Akbar asks him to stay in limit, for which Birbal says that it will be on his advantage if he does so. Birbal explains that if he doesn't approve his request, he may accept the designation.

Akbar sends no acceptation letter, which makes Salim angry. Rukhs is happy seeing this and she provokes him to accept the designation and take advantage of helping poor and others. Salim agrees to the same.

Jodha comes in search of Salim but find Rukhs. Jodha says Rukhs that she wants to give Salim gift during their wedding anniversary that's his marriage to his beloved girl (whom she misunderstands as) Mann Bai's daughter of Bhagwan. Rukhs, who knows the truth that he is not in love with Mann Bai but Anarkali, smirks.
