In Pics, Check Out Deepika Singh Aka ACP Sandhya's New Funky Avatar!

Star Plus' long-running popular soap, Diya Aur Baati Hum, never fails to amaze us with its tricky plots. Be it Mission Mahabali or the ongoing child trafficking track, the show has always been instrumental in awakening the social causes.

In the latest track, Meenakshi has decided to send Mishri to Dubai, without knowing the fact that her daughter has become a victim of child trafficking!

On the other hand, Sandhya (Deepika Singh) is deeply involved in Mansi's case. Mansi has been kidnapped, and her parents have arrived at Sandhya's doorstep to ask for Sandhya's help.

In the upcoming episodes, Sandhya will get a clue about Mansi. She feels that Mansi might be scared of the police and decides to change her look in order to find Mansi.

For the first ever time in the show, Deepika will be seen in a complete western avatar! We are very sure that this will be a treat for all the Deepika fans out there! So far, Sandhya was only seen in traditional avatars, and especially, her Bengali look was loved by one and all.

Deepika will be sporting a funky look with goggles, a high nostril piercing, heavy neck chain and a chic bob cut hair in the hunt for the brain behind the child trafficking racket.

As per a leading entertaiment portal, "The show has been instrumental in touching social concerns. Earlier, it was the superficial beliefs, terrorism and now prostitution, which is a serious concern in our society."

It looks like Deepika, is very excited to sport this look for the first time in the show and she has shared the pictures of her look. Along with her, co-star Rishina, who plays the role of Arpita will also be seen sporting a similar avatar.
