We
all
know
about
Colors
Channel
and
Comedy
Nights
With
Kapil
makers'
ongoing
war,
and
a
lot
has
been
said
about
the
same.
While
Colors
channel
blame
Kapil
Sharma
for
shutting
down
Comedy
Nights
With
Kapil,
the
makers
of
the
show
blame
the
channel.
Looks
like
the
war
is
getting
nastier
as
the
show's
actors
Ali
Asgar
and
Sunil
Grover,
who
played
the
role
of
Dadi
and
Gutthi
respectively,
have
apparently
been
slapped
with
legal
notice.
Ali
and
Sunil
were
all
set
to
perform
at
'Da-Bang
The
Salman
Khan
Live
In
Concert'
hosted
by
Salman
Khan
and
Jacqueline
Fernandez,
in
Surat
on
February
19.
The
rehearsals
for
the
event
is
on
full
swing.
And
according
to
reports,
the
event's
producer,
Brijesh
Gadiali
had
told
a
section
of
the
media
that
Sunil
and
Ali
will
be
performing
in
Surat
in
their
CNWK
avatars.
Since
the
show
is
not
being
telecast
on
Colors'
anymore,
Brijesh
felt
he
need
not
take
the
permission
from
the
channel,
for
the
duo's
performances.
A
source
was
quoted
by
Spotboye
as
saying,
"Dadi
can't
perform
even
as
a
normal
old
lady
with
grey
hair
and
a
jooda.
Guthi
can't
even
don
ribbons.
This
is
the
kind
of
diktat
that
the
legal
notice
spells
out.
The
duo
has
been
clearly
told
that
even
a
reflection
of
their
CNWK
avatars
would
tantamount
to
copyright
infringement.
It's
sad
and
funny
both."
Well,
we
just
hope
the
stars
of
CNWK,
who
are
in
trouble
with
one
or
the
other
issues,
after
the
show
went
off
air,
will
not
be
facing
any
more
trouble
in
the
future.
