The
first
episode
of
Comedy
Nights
Live,
the
show
that
replaces
Comedy
Nights
With
Kapil
was
aired
today
(31st
January).
The
show
had
Mika
Singh
in
Navjot
Singh
Sidhu's
place.
Now,
the
audiences
will
get
to
hear
Mika
paji's
songs
instead
of
Sidhu
paji's
shayaris.
As
we
reported,
Madhuri
Dixit
was
the
first
guest
of
the
first
episode
of
CNL.
The
new
show
had
Krushna
Abhishek,
who
played
Pappu
Singh
and
Pappi
Singh.
Krushna
will
also
be
reprising
other
characters,
while
Bharti
Singh
was
seen
as
Bittu
Sharma's
(Kapil
Sharma)
son,
Chintu
Sharma.
Siddharth
Sagar
was
seen
playing
Mangala
(padosan-neighbour).
The
one
who
chose
to
stay
back
on
CNL
was
Upasana
Singh,
who
played
Pinki
Bua
in
Comedy
Nights
With
Kapil.
She
will
be
reprising
Bua's
role
in
the
current
show,
So,
good
news
for
all
Bua's
fans
as
they
won't
miss
her
on
CNL.
About
Sidhu
paji's
replacement
Mika,
Bharti
was
quoted
by
an
entertainment
website
as
saying,
"Mika
is
not
going
to
be
there
for
all
the
episodes
as
his
dates
are
precious.
He
may
be
there
for
first
few
episodes
but
we
will
not
have
a
celebrity
constantly
for
a
long
period."
Also,
Rashmi
Desai,
who
was
seen
in
the
promo
of
CNL
was
quoted
(regarding
her
role)
by
a
leading
daily
as
saying,
"I'm
not
playing
a
fixed
character
on
Comedy
Nights
Live;
in
fact,
I
would
be
seen
portraying
various
characters.
So,
it's
not
that
I
would
be
seen
as
a
permanent
character."
She
added,
"The
makers
are
trying
something
new
and
they
will
keep
introducing
new
people
on
the
show
and
I'm
one
of
them.
But
I
can't
talk
much
about
it
right
no."
Well,
we
will
definitely
miss
many
thing
from
CNWK,
especially,
Kapil
Sharma's
comedy
and
Sidhu's
shayaris!
