Diya Aur Baati Hum: Sandhya's Daughter's Namkaran (PICS); SP Arpita Creates Troubles For Sandhya!

In Star Plus' popular show, Diya Aur Baati Hum, happiness is back in Sooraj (Anas Rashid) and Sandhya's (Deepika Singh) lives with the birth of their daughter. Sooraj is also cured of paralysis and this will definitely call for a celebration, doesn't it?

In the upcoming episodes, a grand naming ceremony will be organised. As we had reported earlier, Bhabho (Neelu Vaghela) names her grand daughter, 'Kanak'.

Also, the name of their sweet shop will be changed from 'Rathi Misthan Bhandar' to 'Kanak Misthan Bhandar'.

There will be a huge surprise for Sandhya at the naming ceremony, as her senior officials would chip in to congratulate Sandhya. Reportedly, they will request her to resume the duties!

Sandhya happily agrees for the same, but is nervous to get back to duty after a time gap. On the day of her joining, Sandhya is warmly welcomed by her colleagues and gifted with bouquets.

Rishina Kandhari, will soon enter the show as SP Arpita Khanna, a subordinate of Sandhya. Arpita will request Sandhya to make jalebis on the day of her joining.

Sandhya is unable to deny her and starts preparing jalebis, but her Senior Officer arrives at the same time and scolds Sandhya for preparing sweets at the police station!

Arpita will initially be shown to be loyal to Sandhya, but she will have her own motives! She will later bring a twist in the tale and plans to take Sandhya's place by demeaning her!
