Dil Se Dil Tak Story

Dil Se Dil Tak story deals with surrogate motherhood. Apparently, the show is loosely based on Salman Khan, Rani Mukherjee and Preity Zinta starrer Chori Chori Chupke Chupke.

According to reports, the show is set in the backdrop of Mumbai. Rashmi and Siddharth play a Bengali couple on the show. They are happily married and are head over heels in love with each other.

But, their fate changes as Rashmi's character suffer a miscarriage and they will get to know that she will not be able to conceive!

Jasmine As Thaani

And that's how surrogate mother enters the show. The couple will sort help from Jasmine, who plays a Gujarati girl Thaani! Apparently, after Thaani's entry, Rashmi and Siddharth's equation changes!

Thaani falls in love with Siddharth! The show deals with how the couple deal with this situation. The plot is same as that of the film, how the makers bring the twists will be interesting to watch.

Jasmine, who is a hardcore Punjabi kudi, finds playing a Gujarati chokri. She was quoted by a leading daily as saying, "I've never played a Gujarati character. I took up this offer as a challenge, and am attending workshops to learn the language and work on my diction. I hope I am able to do justice to the character."

She further added, "My character hails from a small village, where she worked as a bar dancer. But in the city, she does odd jobs."

There were also reports that Siddharth and Rashmi are developing fondness for each other. According to sources, "Rashmi has developed a serious liking for Siddharth, and he has also been reciprocating. Only time will tell if it's a serious relationship or not, but for the moment, they are spending a lot of time together."

But, Siddharth denied any truth in the reports. Rashmi also echoed the same. She had said that she and Siddharth good friends since a long time. They have lot of fun on the set and bond well.

Jamine was last seen on Tashan-E-Ishq, while Rashami was last seen on & TV's Hamari Adhuri Kahaani. Siddharth who participated in Khatron Ke Khiladi 7, emerged as the winner.
