Looks like it is wedding season for the couple from television industry. Recently, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actors Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya got engaged. And now, the news of Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani actor Siddhant Karnick getting engaged to Dream Girl actress Megha Gupta comes as a surpise.

We had recently reported that Siddhant is dating Megha. We had also reported that the duo are getting engaged soon, but this soon!! Well, the actress herself has said that she is getting engaged today (12th May).

Megha was quoted by the website as saying, "Yes, I am getting engaged tomorrow (12th May). It will be a private affair with only our close family and friends in attendance."

A few hours back, Siddhant posted on Twitter, "& D E Day." Well, does this mean 'The engagement day?" As soon as he posted this on Twitter, the actor was flooded with 'congratulation' messages by his fans.

Siddhant had also recently posted a picture on Twitter. He wrote, "That feeling when you know the rest of your life is going to be the best of your life"

He had also shared a funny incident during their first date. He explained how Megha got angry at him, when he fed monkeys the sandwiches that was prepared by her for him.

Apparently, the Siddhant and Megha met in actor Vivian Dsena's birthday party, last year and they became friends. They also share common hobbies like cooking and outdoor sports.
