Ekta Kapoor’s This Show Might Replace Naagin!

Ekta Kapoor's Naagin, which is a finite bi-weekly supernatural thriller, has topped the TRP charts. The show's raising TRPs has shocked everyone in the television industry. But, the show will go off air in May, and any guess as to which show might replace Naagin?

According to the reports, Ekta is working on another show. The upcoming show that might replace Naagin will be a love cum horror series, Kavach. Well, we feel Ekta doesn't want to give the Naagin's time slot to any other makers!

A source was quoted by Tellychakkar as saying, "Season one of the popular show Naagin will end in May this year. And soon, the slot will be taken over by Ekta Kapoor herself, for her new show Kavach. And at the time when the finite Kavach will near its end, the Czarina will be ready with Naagin 2 to yet again take hold of the bi-weekly slot on Colors."

It is also said, if things work out, Kavach will have a seasonal format which might be back with a season 2.

The reports also suggest that Mona Singh, who was last seen in Ekta's Pyar Ko Ho Jaane Do, has been roped in as the lead for the new show!

Coming back to Naagin, it is said that the season 2 will retain Mouni Roy and Adaa Khan, owing to their popularity. It should be seen, whether Arjun Bijlani will continue in the season 2, as well!
