Ex-Bigg Boss contestant Pooja Mishra does it again! The controversial actress is in news and this time, she has filed a case against another ex-Bigg Boss contestant and Bollywood actress Sunny Leone.

Pooja has filed a defamation case in the Bombay High Court and has demanded Rs 100 crore compensation! Since the petitioner was not present, the Justice Naresh Patil, said, "Adjourned, beyond vacation," when the matter was called out.

The model-actress alleged that Sunny Leone had given defamatory interviews in a section of the media. This was done out of "malice and jealousy" towards her! Pooja further alleged that because of this her reputation was damaged, and she had to break her fixed deposits and withdraw her savings! Due to this, she suffered a loss of Rs 70 lakhs.

The petitioner urged the court to issue process against Sunny Leone under IPC sections 500 (defamation) read with 120(b) (conspiracy). The case is expected for hearing in June (2016) after summer vacations of the high court.

Pooja has always been in news for the wrong. Few months back, she had alleged that her drink was spiked and she was molested in Udaipur. Recently, the video of her beating up the hotel staff had gone viral.

Previously, the controversial actress had also filed harassment and molestation charges against Bollywood celebs - Sonakshi Sinha and Isha Koppikar. But the allegations were false and it was just a publicity gimmick.
