Recently,
we
had
reported
about
the
legal
notice
sent
to
Sunil
Grover
and
Ali
Asgar
by
Colors'
channel.
Apparently,
Ali
and
Sunil
were
all
set
to
perform
in
their
Comedy
Nights
With
Kapil
avatars
(Dadi
and
Gutti),
at
'Da-Bang
The
Salman
Khan
Live
In
Concert'
hosted
by
Salman
Khan
and
Jacqueline
Fernandez,
in
Surat
on
February
19.
But,
the
channel
had
sent
a
legal
notice
saying
to
Sunil
and
Ali
saying,
'Dadi
can't
perform
even
as
a
normal
old
lady
with
grey
hair
and
a
jooda.
Guthi
can't
even
don
ribbons.'
Sunil
admits
to
receiving
a
legal
notice
from
Colors
and
this
is
what
he
has
to
say....
Sunil
was
quoted
by
Mumbai
Mirror
as
saying,
"I
respect
this
platform
which
gave
me
such
a
big
break
and
made
the
character
of
Gutthi
so
popular.
But
it
has
been
clearly
mentioned
in
my
contract
since
the
beginning
that
I
can
perform
at
live
shows
and
nobody
can
stop
me
from
doing
that."
He
further
added,
"They
(Colors)
are
well
within
their
rights
to
send
a
notice
to
any
actor
and
my
lawyer
will
reply
to
it
according
to
the
terms
in
my
contract.
I
have
put
in
a
lot
of
effort
towards
developing
my
character
on
the
show
and
as
an
artiste
it
comes
as
a
shock
when
these
things
happen."
When
asked
he
is
still
planning
to
go
ahead
with
the
live
performance,
Sunil
said,
"Hopefully
we
will
go
ahead
as
planned.
I
hope
the
issue
will
be
sorted
out
soon."
Well,
we
hope
the
issue
gets
sorted
out
soon!
