Star Plus' latest offering, Ishqbaaz produced by 4 Lions Films is only 2 weeks old. Surprisingly, it is getting good response from the audiences and the channel has impressed its viewers with its 'nayi soch' theme.

Performances of all the three leads: Shivaay Singh Oberoi (Nakuul Mehta), Omkara (Kunal Jaisingh) and Rudra Singh Oberoi (Leenesh Mattoo) are being appreciated.

Also, Surbhi Chandna as Anika's fearless attitude and her chemistry with Shivaay has won the heart of millions!

In the last episode, the identity of mysterious lady who was behind Shivaay's life has been was revealed! She is none other than Roop Oberoi, Shivaay's aunt!

It was evident that she was ousted from her family for her deeds and was behind the bars all these years!

She has now come back, pretending to be a changed person, but still has grudges against her family. Oberois believe that she saved Shivaay's life, but are not aware that, she was the actual reason for it.

Well, there is a lot more to unravel in the upcoming episodes. Also, Neha Lakshmi Iyer of 'Qubool Hai' fame, has entered the show.

She will be playing the role of Saumya. In the previous episodes, when Shivaay's condition was critical, she had consoled Rudra.

Her entry was like a breath of fresh air. She is a bubbly and chirpy girl. Apparently, she will be his love interest in the show.
