ITA Awards 2016: Sriti-Shabbir, Helly-Varun, Krystle-Karan & Others Burn The Dance Floor! (PICS)

The much awaited award ceremony, the 16th Indian Television Academy (ITA) Awards 2016 was held recently (November 13) in Mumbai. The who's who from the Television industry attended the awards event. The ceremony was hosted by Manish Paul and Sugandha Mishra, who engaged the audience and added on the zeal and enthusiasm to the show.

The event turned even more entertaining when the television stars dazzled the dance floor. Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa contestants Karishma Tanna, Salman Yusuff Khan and Shantanu Maheshwari, Naagin actress Mouni Roy and Namkaran actress Barkha Bisht, Kasam actor Sharad Malhotra, and Gurmeet Choudhary, and other actors rocked the stage with their performances. Swara & Sanskar's Romantic Dance!

Popular jodi from the famous show Swaragini, Swara and Sanskar (Helly Shah and Varun Kapoor) performed for the songs, ‘Gerua' and ‘Janam janam' from the film Dilwale.

Abhi & Pragya's Sizzling Performance

Famous jodi from Zee TV's Kumkum Bhagya - Abhi and Pragya (Shabbir Ahluwalia and Sriti Jha) performed for the songs, ‘Ayat ki tarah' and ‘Mera naam ishq' from the film Bajirao Mastani.

Gurmeet & Sharad

Gurmeet Choudhary and Sharad Malhotra rocked the stage with their thrilling and adventure filled act to the famous song ‘Malhari' from the film Bajirao Mastani, while Gautam Rode and Karanvir Bohra performed for the ‘Singham' song.

Karishma, Salman & Shantanu

Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 9 contestants Salman Yusuff Khan, Karishma Tanna and Shantanu Maheshwari burned the dance floor with their dazzling performance for the song ‘Sau Tarah Ke'.

Mouni & Barkha Burn The Dance Floor

Naagin actress Mouni Roy and Namkaran actress Barkha Bisht set the stage on fire as they shook legs for ‘Pinga ' song. Mouni also gave a solo performance for the song, ‘Main Tenu samjhawan ki', while Barkha performed for ‘Main diwani mastani' song.

Krystle & Karan

Jay Soni, Anusha Ranjan, Karan Tacker and Krystle Dsouza rocked the dance floor with their sizzling performances for the song, ‘High heels te nachche' from the film, Ki & Ka.

Television's favourite couples - Kumkum Bhagya's Abhi and Pragya (Shabbir Ahluwalia and Sriti Jha), Swaragini's Swara and Sanskar (Helly Shah and Varun Kapoor) and other stars too, mesmerised the audiences with their sizzling performance.

Others who performed at the awards ceremony were - Karanvir Bohra, Gautam Rode, Jay Soni and Anusha Ranjan.

The awards ceremony saw Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki and Naagin bagging most of the awards. Kumkum Bhagya's Shabbir Ahluwalia won the Best Actor award, while the Best Jodi award was bagged by Yeh Hai Mohabbatein lead pair - Divyanka Tripathi & Karan Patel.

The event will be aired on Colors TV, this Sunday (December 4).
