Hurray! Jamai Raja Completes 500 Episodes; Celebrations On The Sets![PICS]

Zee TV's popular show Jamai Raja produced by Grazing Goat and Sagar Pictures Pvt Ltd completed a historic 500 episodes and the 500th episode was aired yesterday. The show went on air in 2014 and has managed to stay in limelight since then.

The show has always managed to gather audience for its storyline and superb performances by the lead actors Ravi Dubey (Sid), Nia Sharma (Roshni), and Achint Kaur (DD), who quit the show recently.

The entire cast and crew of the show are thrilled with the show's super success and celebrated this benchmark by cutting a cake on the sets. When a leading entertaiment portal contacted Ravi Dubey, he told "It has been a wonderful experience. I cannot thank the audience enough for supporting us and watching the show religiously!

He even added, "I hope the show goes on and we keep growing! It's a special moment for us. I am throwing a party for the cast on 11 June.

Ravi even took to Instagram and shared a post, "Ye time kaha jaata hai! 500th episode of jamai raja airs tonight!! What an incredible journey! #blessed." Even Nia shared her excitement on Instagram. She wrote, "500 episodesss! Quite a jounrneyyy."

Shruti Ulfat, who plays Sid's mom Simran on the show, shared a picture which confirms that the whole cast and crew partied on the sets. She posted, "500 episodes of JR ..we celebrate on the sets...great going guys."

Jamai Raja witnesses the bitter-sweet relationship between Roshni and her mother, DD. Sid, who is a rich hotelier enters the scene. He falls in love with Roshni, marries her and tries to mend the relationship between his sasumom and wife.

The show also focusses on the cute lovestory of Sid and Roshni, who face a lot of trials and tribulation in their relationship, yet their love always triumphs in the end. Currently, the show is in its second season and talented actor Indraneil Sengupta has joined the cast of the show recently.
