Jamai Raja Season 3 In The Making? Guess Who Might Be The New Leading Lady!

Zee TV's hit show, Jamai Raja has been undergoing a lot of changes in the recent past. It has barely been a few months since the season 2 has begun, after the death of sasuma, DD and news of season 3 is doing the rounds.

As season 2 has nothing much to offer, the makers have decided to introduce another leap. The show's leading lady, Nia Sharma quit the show because of the same reason.

She didn't want to play the role of a mother to a grown up son and hence, decided to part ways. As per a leading entertainment portal, Roshni will be shown dead. Ravi Dubey will be playing the role of his own son.

Besides him, a few other prime characters will be retained. As we all are aware, Mouli Ganguly aka Payal is the new, glamourous vamp on the show. Reportedly, the season 3 of Jamai Raja, will revolve around Payal and her daughter!

She will be playing the role of a 'sasuma', but with grey shades. Ravi will be seen wooing Payal's daughter in the new season. The new jamai aka Ravi and his sasuma, do not get along well and will be at loggerheads.

We have to wait and watch for the equation between Ravi and his new sasuma. If reports are to be believed, the makers are looking for a pretty familiar face for the role of Payal's daughter.

Apparently, they have approached popular actress, Mahhi Vij for the role! Sources say that, "Mahhi is almost on board, but last minute adjustments and contract discussions are yet to be finalised."
