Karan Mehra Is Not Quitting Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai!

We had recently reported about Karan Mehra, who plays the role of Naitik Singhania, may quit the show, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. But Karan has straight away denied the news saying he is very much a part of the show.

Previously, a source was quoted by IANS as saying, "The team of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will be going to Hong Kong in February for shooting. They will be there for ten days for the next upcoming high point. Post the Hong Kong trip, Karan will exit the show."

Karan denied the rumours and was quoted by TOI as saying, "I have been answering this question since morning. No, I am not going anywhere. I am not quitting the show. There is nothing as such as of now."

It was also said that the show will be having a leap, where Karan will have to play an aged character. The sources added that Karan refused to play a 50-year-old as he is already playing a role of a father in the show.

But recently, Karan denied this as well and added, "All these are stale news. Nothing of that sort is happening in the show. I am very much a part of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai."

Well, Karan not leaving the show is indeed a good news for his fans and YRKKH fans, as without Karan and Hina Khan's (Akshara) love story, the show would look dull!
